Makan

10: 30 a.m. : Nescafe ais.

11:00 a.m. : Nasi goreng, dengan telur goyang.

11:15 a.m. : Nasi goreng second round, dengan lauk sambal sotong.

11:30 a.m. : Nasi goreng third round, separuh senduk.

1.30 p.m. : Watching Oprah, Gosh she's so filthy rich boleh bawak 300 orang pergi trip 8 hari kat Australia, why didn't she spend on her diet instead?

2:30 p.m : Watching The Biggest Loser, I HATE WEIGHING SCALES FOREVER.

4:00 p.m. : Rasa lapar, makan Cheezels kejap. And satu Choki Choki.

6:30 p.m. : Roti dengan keju, next I have roti ala ala pizza pulak.

7:30 p.m. : Kejap lagi dinner, nasi lauk sambal ayam.

9:00 p.m. : Layan Sungkyunkwan Scandal, sambil makan coklat Cadbury.

10:00 p.m. : Tidur.









Total calories for the day: I'm guessing... 3000+ kcal.

Target: 1500 kcal.
